Netiquette

Users are expected to conduct as in real life. This includes

  • No contributions with criminal content
  • No contributions which are off-topic or spam
  • No advertising of any king
  • No abusive or defamatory comments 

If users are not following these rules, adminstrators may remove the affected contents and – in case of recurrence – may exclude the participants from further participating in the consultation. 

Visibility and/or anonymity

During the registration process for the eConsultation the user has to enter a username and email address. Upon completion of this step the user will receive an email containing a link to log-in and will be asked to change the temporary password. During the consultation only the user name will be displayed publicly. All collected data – i.e. email address and password - are protected by state of the art technologies and procedures to avoid unauthorized access. Personal data – i.e. username and email address – can be accessed by the process manager (Hannes Leo) and will not be passed on to third parties. 

Emails and notifications

Registered users will receive irregular emails informing about the course of the consultation and will receive notifications whenever content that were added by the user are being commented by other users.

Voting and commenting on paragraphs

Users can signal approval or rejection of a paragraph´s content by clicking „YES“ or „NO“ or by adding comments. It is recommended that users vote on every paragraph as no reaction is considered as agreement.
