Allan Mayo, the chairman of the Expert Panel on Service Innovation handed the report ‘Meeting the challenge of Europe 2020. The transformative power of service innovation’ over to Commissioner Tajani during a workshop at Confindustria in Rome.
The past months were extremely busy and the results are now coming to the fore. The mini-study for DG Enterprise and Industry on the impact of mobile services on tourism was presented at the Aosta seminar at St. Vincent in November and has just been published on the Europe-Innova site.
